• How long does it take for rue rewards to appear in my account?
  Most points should appear within 24-48 hours of earning. Points earned for online purchases will appear in your account after your order ships. In some cases, it could take up to 7 days for points to appear. To learn more click here.
• How does Shop Now. Pay Later. work?
  Shop Now. Pay Later. is the new favorite way to pay! This option spreads the cost of your purchase over four easy payments. Make your first payment at checkout; the rest are automatically collected every other week from the debit or credit card you sign up with. The total amount collected from you will be equivalent to the total purchase if paid on time. This option is available on orders of $35 or more. To learn click here.
• When can I pick up my Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store order?
  We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup! Most orders will be ready for same-day pickup. If your order is placed two hours prior to store closing, it may not be ready for pickup until the next business day. To learn more click here.
• What is Ship-to-Store?
  Ship-to-Store is a delivery option when you checkout online. When selected, the online item will be shipped to the store for you to pick up.
  When you select Ship-to-Store, select your local rue21 store and provide a pick-up person for the order. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Bring your photo ID and order confirmation number. To learn more click here.
